Pairing your heart rate monitor is quite straight forward:
- Remove any protective films or plastics that may prevent the battery from working, which usually happens when you first open the monitor
- Ensure a battery is inserted in the heart rate monitor
- Put the heart rate monitor on. In order for the heart rate monitor to emit a signal, it needs to have a pulse reading from your body
- Open your bike monitor by pressing on the menu button (3 bars)
- Hold the bluetooth button for 3 seconds
- When the monitor is paired, you will heart a beep sound.
- You need to wait for about 40 - 60 seconds for the heart rate monitor to register enough pulse data to send data to the monitor
- Your monitor will remain paired for the session
- If you're unable to hear the beep sound after holding the bluetooth button for 3 seconds, long press the restart button (rounded arrow) to restart the monitor
- If you're still unable to pair your heart rate monitor, unplug the bike and restart the process.
*** Please note that the bike is currently tested to work with our own Heart Rate monitor. If you wish to use your own heart rate monitor or any other Bluetooth / Ant+ devices, the compatibility is not guaranteed. ***
