    Does the walking pad include incline options?

    There are 2 small levels of incline on the walking pad. They range from 0 to -1.10 degree.

     
     

    Can this be placed/used on carpet? 

    We do not recommend putting a treadmill or walking pad directly on a carpet due to static electricity. If you have carpeted floors, we recommend placing a treadmill mat or gym floor tiles in between to ensure you are not creating static electricity. Additionally, this will help protect your carpet from markings where the treadmills pressure points are.

     
     

    Can this be stored upright?

    We do not recommend storing your walking pad vertically as it can slip and fall causing damage to the treadmill. It has wheels at the front to move it around easily and is designed to be stored under your furniture. 

     
     

    How fast can the Ascend W2 Slim Walking Pad go?

    It can range from 0.8 to 6 km/h, and has increments of 0.1km/h.  It comes with a remote for easy adjustment during your sessions.
