    Are the dumbbells assembled upon delivery?

    Yes, they come fully assembled, with a storage base included. The end plates of the dumbbells will be found in a small separate box. Simply insert them in the base and your dumbbells will be set!

    You do not need a stand to be able to enjoy the dumbbells! The stand will just raise the dumbbells to a more comfortable height.

     
     

    Can I purchase extra plates to make my dumbbells heavier?

    Unfortunately no. The dumbbells are not designed to be able to add extra weight or plates.
