- Tap the Today Tab to view your scheduled workout.
- Tap Start Workout to begin.
- Navigate to the Coaching Tab (Optional):
- Tap the Coaching Tab to see your weekly schedule.
- Select the day’s workout and tap on an exercise to access its details.
2. Open the Video Tutorial:

- Tap on any exercise in your workout list to expand its details.
- Play the Video:
- Tap the play icon on the exercise image or video thumbnail to start the tutorial.
