  • Ascend Fitness Beta Guide: Get Started with Your Personalized Fitness Journey

    Eligibility:

    Currently, our application is in Beta and is only accessible to customers that purchased an eligible item during our Black Friday and Boxing Week promotions.

     

    Follow the steps below to get started!

    Step 1: Sign Up

    1. Click on this unique sign up link: http://invite.everfit.io/AXBKKISZY2
    2. Enter your name, email address, and create a secure password.
    3. Click "Sign Up" to complete your registration.

     

    Step 2: Download the ASCEND FITNESS App

    1. After signing up, you’ll see a confirmation screen or email with instructions to download the app.
    2. On your phone or tablet you can directly click on the download buttons within the application.
    3. You may also follow the links below:
    4. Alternatively, you may search for "ASCEND FITNESS" in the store's search bar.
    5. Tap "Download" or "Install" to add the app to your device.
    6. Grant the necessary permissions to the mobile application.

     

    Step 3: Log Into the App

    1. Open the ASCEND FITNESS app on your phone or tablet.
    2. Enter your email address and the password you created during sign-up.
    3. Tap "Sign In" to access your account.

     

    Step 4: Complete the Questionnaire

    1. After logging in, the app will prompt you to fill out a questionnaire.
    2. Provide information about:
      • Your fitness goals.
      • Current fitness level.
      • Any preferences or restrictions.
    3. Submit the questionnaire to help create your personalized workout plan.

     

    Step 5: View Your Workout Program

    1. Once the questionnaire is complete, your tailored workout plan will be available in the app.
    2. Navigate to the "Coaching" tab to see your daily and weekly exercises.

     

    Step 6: Start Your Fitness Journey

    1. Tap on the day’s with a circle to see the detailed instructions, including video demonstrations or pictures and tips.
    2. Track your progress by logging your reps, sets, and weights as you go.
    3. Stay consistent, and enjoy the journey to achieving your goals!

     

    Additional Notes:

    • Meal Plans: If included in your program, meal plans will be available shortly after our experts review your information in 48 to 72h. Look for the "Meal plan" on the dashboard ‘’Today’’ Tab
    • Support: If you have any questions on your training program, use the in-app messaging feature to reach out to your coach.
    • Please note that our application is in beta mode and that in app coaching will be a paid feature when the app is released to the public. At the moment, you may expect a delay of 48 to 72h for us to get back to you within the application.

     

  • How to Download and Install the ASCEND FITNESS App

    Ready to start your fitness journey with ASCEND FITNESS? Downloading the app is easy! Follow the steps below to install the app on your device and get started.

    Steps to Download and Install the App:

    For iOS (Apple) Users:

    1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
    2. Tap on the Search bar and type "ASCEND FITNESS."
    3. Locate the app in the search results (look for the ASCEND FITNESS logo).
    4. Tap the Download or Get button.
      • You may need to confirm the download using Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
    5. Wait for the app to download and install on your device.
    6. Once installed, tap Open to launch the app.

    For Android Users:

    1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone or tablet.
    2. Use the Search bar and type "ASCEND FITNESS."
    3. Select the app from the search results (look for the ASCEND FITNESS logo).
    4. Tap the Install button.
    5. Wait for the app to download and install.
    6. Once installed, tap Open to launch the app.

      • Check your device’s storage and free up space if needed.
    • Download Not Starting?
      • Restart your device and try again.
      • Ensure you have a stable internet connection.

    Using the ASCEND FITNESS App:

    1. Open the App:
      • Launch the ASCEND FITNESS app on your phone or tablet.
    2. Enter Your Login Details:
      • Type in the email address you used during sign-up.
      • Enter your password in the password field.
    3. Tap “Log in”:
      • Press the "Log in" button to access your account.
      • If you’ve entered the correct details, you’ll be directed to the dashboard.

     

    Logging In on a Browser:

    1. Visit the Login Page:
    2. Enter Your Credentials:
      • Input your email address and password.
    3. Click “Sign In”:
      • Click the "Sign In" button to access your account.

     

    Troubleshooting Login Issues:

    • Forgot Your Password?
      • If you’ve forgotten your password, reset it by clicking:
      • Enter your email and follow the steps in the email to create a new password.
    • Wrong Email or Password?
      • Double-check your email and password for typos.
      • Passwords are case-sensitive, so ensure caps lock isn’t on.

    On a Browser (First-Time Login Only):

    How to Make Changes to the Questionnaire:

    • The questionnaire is only available during the first login.
    • If you need to update your answers, make a clear request by messaging through the app.
    • Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and apply the changes to your account.

      • Ensure you’re logged in and have completed the sign-up process.
