1. Ensure You’ve Completed Onboarding:
- Complete the Questionnaire:
- Verify that you’ve completed the onboarding questionnaire during signup.
- Your workouts are created based on the information you provide in the questionnaire.
- Wait for Program Assignment:
- Allow up to 48–72 hours for our team to assign your program after you’ve completed the questionnaire.
2. Check the Correct Tab:
- Today Tab:
- Go to the Today Tab to view your scheduled workout for the day.
- Coaching Tab:
- Tap the Coaching Tab to see your weekly calendar and access workouts for specific days.
3. Verify Your Account Details:
- Ensure You’re Logged In:
- Check that you’re logged into the correct account associated with your program.
- Log Out and Log Back In:
- If the issue persists, log out of the app and log back in to refresh your account.
4. Update the App:
- Check for Updates:
- Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) to see if an update is available.
